We are currently preparing an English textbook designed for French teens (see description of work in box below).
[General points Title: Thumbs up 5e Book code: 178051 Foliation: 160 Publication date: April 2018 Market: France Price: 18 € Print run Book: 12 000 Digital version for teachers (secure download): 200. Price: 79€ approx. Digital version for students: 2 000. Price: may vary according to type of license purchased.]
We would like to reproduce in both paper and digital versions of the textbook the following picture from your blog: Dracula’s Castle Finished.
One chapter of our textbook entitled “It freaked me out” concerns the scary legends and stories and their characters with one part more focused on Bram Stoker’s story “Dracula”. It would be very interesting for us to teach our students how to tell a story with the past tense in English by using the fun/scary context of this story. Therefore, we would like to illustrate this subject by means of your picture.
Could you please let me know your conditions for the reproduction of this picture in our textbook, and in our digital version for a duration of 5 years from the publication date (2018), bearing in mind that these are educational materials used in the classroom only? If you agree, would it be possible for you to send me high resolution files of the picture?
This picture will not be exported or used outside of the textbook. It will not be modified in any way whether in the text version or in the digital formats. The proper credit lines will be included as specified by you in the permission request form (title, author, publisher...).
Thank you in advance for your response. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need further information. Yours truly,
